AI can offer tips on how to deal with challenging situations, or how to effectively communicate with those who are different than ourselves. Inclusion training and practice can help us understand how our communications and actions affect others.

AI can help create more transparency by communicating more We will be more efficient and effective with our communications. We will learn how to communicate our needs more, in a way that is positive and constructive. This will lead to more sharing of our needs transparently. It will also create more transparency in how we work by being able to manage and track what we're doing and the steps of projects. We can know where everyone is at and how the projects are moving along by the additional check-ins and organization that AI can provide.
